Our craftsman, guided by ancestral traditions, produces a pure and authentic honey, from the flowers of the Jura.

Werner Von-Känel started very early, following his father's passion from a young age. Now retired, he continues to pass on his passion through his unique honeys. Everything he does, he does out of love for his job, with the greatest respect for nature. The well-being of his bees is an absolute priority for him.

Each step, from harvest to packaging, is carried out with care and by hand to preserve all the natural flavors. Our craftsman does not use any industrial techniques, guaranteeing a raw, pure and delicious honey. He works alone and by hand , which makes his work unique, high quality and above all very limited.
